You need to login before submitting the payment details. Fill all the details carefully
given in the form. If you’ve submit the amount through net banking, mention the
Reference No. While in case you paid the amount either by cash/ cheque, you need
to upload the scanned image of the payment receipt generated by bank.
After filling up all the details; click on the submit button. We will be verifying
all the details and then your account will get activated.
